Bath-Shéba previously worked as a rule of law advisor for the British Army, advising on laws of war, human rights and counter-illegal wildlife trade.
Countries she has worked in human rights and international law include: Canada, United Kingdom, Kenya, Nigeria, Togo, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands and Afghanistan. Bath-Sheba returned to Canada to practice law.
Bath-Shéba has appeared in Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and Alberta Court of Justice and Calgary Indigenous Court.

Jennifer is experienced in commercial litigation and real estate law which provides her with a broader perspective on legal issues in her practice.
Jennifer is born and raised in Calgary and obtained an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Calgary and a Law degree from the University of Sussex in England. In the time in between obtaining her degrees, Jennifer spent several years travelling internationally doing humanitarian work in Mexico, Central America, and Asia where she was immersed in the local cultures.
While studying law in the United Kingdom, Jennifer participated in DMH Stallard mooting competitions and several negotiation competitions.
Jennifer has appeared as counsel in the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal in Ontario, and the Ontario Divisional Supreme Court. Her research and legal work have been used to support winning cases at the Supreme Court of Canada and other appellant courts across the country on Constitutional Law matters.
Jennifer is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). She regularly attends workshops, seminars and courses to stay current with the changes in the law.
Jennifer is an avid sailor and currently serves as Vice-Commodore of the Glenmore Sailing Club in Calgary.
